Return Policy

Groopdealz | Return Policy
Groopdealz will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. All returns are subject to store credit only.

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item in the order and shipped back to us within 10 days of submission to qualify for store credit.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria will result in decline of the return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders over $75 dollars will have a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

A return address will be provided to you

Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Groopdealz team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.

Please allow Groopdealz 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Groopdealz will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
