We understand that sometimes purchases just don't work out. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item please contact our customer service team at support@groopdealz.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Please note we do not accept returns for swimsuits, undergarments, personalized items or any final clearance items.
